While the task of obtaining open records from this office in person was extensive, the staff at this DA's office were calm and helpful in setting me in the right direction both at the clerk window and over the phone.

I feel as if attention needs to be brought to officials abusing their powers in Brazoria county! A Miss Rebecca A McGuire - decided to come into Houston literally during the Harvey disaster and evict by TEXT!!!! A single mother and two children from their flooded home. Could you be more disgusting! This single mother also has health issues. To make the situation better she refuses to let said person into the home and disposes of all of her items to the curb. But that's not the best part when said person tries to seek legal action through JP Miss. McGuire laughs says tell them who the case is against! What she did is criminal! It is outrageous she feels as though she can get away with what she has done! This mother has two 6 year old children! I will keep spreading this as far as I can to see the corrupt behavior out of this county is dealt with!!!!

Ex-Wife took off with Daughter 4 years ago now have had primary custody for 3 years now and when I had a Freeport Detective file a state felony with Jeri Yenne and it is a State Felony of Parental Kidnapping she supposedly took it to a grand jury.. Why? It is a State Felony what she is doing she never paid child support , she never surrendered my daughter. If it was me I would have been prosecuted and persecuted right before I was thrown under the Prison. Very soon I will be going after this in a big public way.

Derelict of duty, judicial misconduct, moral turpitude, fraud, unethical representation, and even the dismissive laxidasical demeanor of elected officials walk theses halls. I'm not a practicing lawyer yet, but if I was and had the option to, would never practice here! This is district is like a revolving door of perpetuated disenfranchising of rights for profit.

Brazoria Co does not care about crime victims. DA's are lazy and inexperienced w no concern at all for the victims of crime in this county.
