I would not recommend this attorney, he knows the criminal side of that I will give him that. But we paid a lot of money for him to represent my husband and he did get a decent plea for him on a 5 year old case but now the county jail he is housed out wants to keep him longer than what was originally filed with the court due to a mess up In the paperwork and when I called his office will all the issues that we have ran into they verbatim said "there's nothing he can do" so now my husband has served his time and is still being held since the paperwork was filed incorrectly, I did honestly all the leg work to try to get my husband out, all dean did was the paperwork and washed his hands from us. I honestly expected a lot more when 12k is involved and he represented us twice for not even 2 hours of time.

This attorney is a not what he's cracked out to be. He did his job in the beginning but towards the end, my friend was the one making phone calls to TDCJ & the county jail. For 12 grand you would think he would be making the phone calls. My best friends husband will be held AFTER the original release date due to paper work not being submitted correctly. Incorrect information, couldn't even match him in their system. Not worth the money.
