Even though this attorney says she does NOT like CPS she was stroking the hair of Claire Grammar aka CPS's attorney and being extremely friendly with her in the court room when it was my final court date and lost! Basically letting that attorney walk all over ME and LIE her ass off saying such twisted and horrible untrue things to a jury without objection or protest! This attorney was running for local election maybe a month or so after my case, and I suspect she was attempting to get votes, more than willing to fight for her clients. When she seldom sent me any paperwork it had other children's names mentioned in it out of order and I didn't recieve nearly any documents from TX DCF or the Court that was supposed to be sent to me. She also skipped out of several permenancy conferences at TXDCF that she was supposed to attend with me and I ended up getting reunification removed off my paperwork when my attorney was a no show! If you're looking for an attorney that is going to work for your rights with due dilligence and help return your child, get a paid attorney.
