iPOW was super helpful during my second and third trimesters of pregnancy. I was experiencing persistent lower back pain and the at-home exercises and in-person visits helped greatly reduce it. I appreciated that it was very easy to contact their office to schedule or reschedule any appointments. All of the people I worked with were kind, attentive, and supportive. Even after I was discharged from in-person visits, I am still able to communicate with the team in their app and do my at-home exercises.
