This attorney may do a better job if he's just doing a personal bankruptcy for you but if you have a small business you definitely need to keep looking. I made the mistake of going to him but when things weren't going right he bailed on me and tried to make it look like I was the one that had dropped the ball. It got really hairy for a few days because his office was not communicating with me. Fortunately the Judge gave me the benefit of the doubt.

wont return your calls, even when it is a time sensitive matter. Secretary always connects you to a persons maillbox phone system to have them return your call, then you have to call again, and again to get help.You never talk to Phil Black after he files the chapter 13 case. Need legal advice after case filed you have to leave a message for the understaff , and again they do not call you back in a timely manner!

Seemed to be a normal case then Phil started singing a strange song; I'm recovering from Brain Cancer and still current on My fees, my ex pulls the trigger on her plan of divorce and Phil can't do his job anymore. If your case has a layer of color, find a better attorney. What a waste of my time that could have been avoided with a more professional attorney. If your case has no color of life to it, engage this guy.

We used Monte White to file bankruptcy and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. We file chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2013 . You didnt see Mr. White you see sub lawyers. In the 90 days they notify your debtors, file to get some of their money on bills . They don't tell you if they don't file you got to file for them with in the 90 days .. We had some they couldn't find their address and we asked do need to help to find their address. She said no because that was address they had on the credit reports.They said after we paid them off chapter 13 in 2016 they don't represent us anymore .Now one of them with the incorrect address has debit collectors harassing us now . Then go to the hospital they harass us about our bills ..So you call White office and they say they don't represent you after cases finalize .You asked them if the hospital can harass you over your bill . They said yes because they didn't file . Then they said they really couldn't give you any advice because Mr. White didn't represent us .That one of the sub lawyers did and she no longer worked there.. So we find where she works call her and she don't return your call .
