I had a nice long encouraging talk with Bruce. He recommended we met up and had a more detailed conversation. He advised his office would call and make me aware of a good time. After never receiving a call from his office I called. They advised they would call me back with the time and date. They called back and advised Bruce was too busy with other cases to further assist. This is a bad way of handling business on such a high professional level.
