I normally don't write reviews, but I couldn't believe the impeccable service that Brandon and Kathy provided. I walked in without an appt and while I was talking to the receptionist, Brandon came out and offered right away to take over and help me. I would never expect a lawyer to stop what he was doing and be so available to my needs. Over the course of 2 days, he spent around a half hour or 45 min with my family and me. During this time, he was very knowledgeable. Kathy, Brandon's Paralegal, also spent 2 different days with us. Kathy took the time to listen to our situation. She looked over our papers we had and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed at all. We only felt welcomed. I also had the opportunity to speak with the White County Courthouse and they also spoke very highly of Brandon and his firm.
