Very laid back and straight to the point. He has helped my family and me with various legal items like custody, prenup, and even a will. He doesn't waste your time and definitely not your money. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to get things done effectively and efficiently.

Mr. Shults is such a cool, laid back, smart and intelligent gentleman. LOVED his personality big time! My case was not a simple case and he was able to work some things out for me and handled it very professionally. He works very hard in making sure you are taken care of. He even has his own taxie service!!! How helpful is that? Great experience under the unfortunate circumstances.

This is probably if not the most comfortable lawyer I have ever dealt with. He is straight forward, a good people person, and helps you the best he can in situations. I honestly wish he was from North Carolina instead of Tennessee because he would be the only lawyer I would ever deal with if he was from my home area. I hired Michael Shults because I needed a divorce from my cheating husband. I was able to get a meeting with him pretty quickly. He was very good about laying out what to expect, the good the bad and the ugly. He didn't sugar coat anything and set my expectations on things that wouldn't happen. He didn't try to keep me tied up with phone calls to use up the retainer fee to be able to charge me more. His front office lady, Connie, is super sweet and helpful anytime I needed to drop something off or call in the give additional information. My divorce was finalized today and I told Connie I would probably keep in contact with her. She doesn't charge an hourly.rate, lol. I recommend Michael.
