I had spoken to several experienced attorneys who specialize in criminal justice, no one would take my case. All of them said I was going to prison. Then I found Tegan Couch and we moved forward and not backing down from the incredible odds against me. Tegan Couch studied my case and gave her honest opinion on what the outcome could be. We were completely unsure but she focused on what needed to be brought to light and made a defense by focusing on the positives and not defending the negatives. She communicated well to me during the incarceration, which is rare. On the day of court, what should have been a 30 minute revocation hearing turned to a 5 hour hearing. I was look at 30 years in prison but as a result of her dedication and hard work I was released and put on probation. Today, I am thriving all thanks to her!

I found The McKinnish Law Group Sevierville Offices to be thoughtfully designed in a way that allowed me to be comfortable while facilitating the intended purpose of meeting there. The meeting room I was in was spacious (perfect for anxious pacing) and had a nice view of downtown Sevierville. Staff would also very cautious to make sure I was comfortable and kept the comfort of the other party in mind. Everyone who works in the Sevierville office is very aware of and in tune with potential issues that can occur that may deviate from the intended purpose of using their services. Relationships and the nature of family law cases can cause complications, staff minimized any issues in my situation flawlessly. While I do not have experience with Jennifer as my lawyer after seeing how she conducts herself in the mediator role I can confidently say that if you need a family law or divorce lawyer hire Jennifer. If you need to find someone to be involved in your family law case in any capacity; hire Jennifer. She helped guide us towards solutions for problems that had been plaguing my coparenting relationship for years in 2 hours! Had I known that 2 hours with Jennifer could have saved me from years of turmoil, frustration and heartache I would have figured out a way to get her involved in my case much sooner. As a single mom battling two other people, I had felt so beaten down over the years by the whole situation. And I've struggled with my fear of being cast as the jealous or bitter single mom because I've experienced people treating me like I am and being dismissive of the things I say because of it.
