I have been extremely impressed with Johnson, Murrell and Associates' services. I actually have two rave reviews for them. I worked with Alex Johnson in 2023 in handling my Dad's estate. At that time he charged a flat fee rather than hourly, based on being able to "handle estate affairs quickly and efficiently" he definitely delivered on that statement. (His fee process may have changed since then) Although court processes do take time, I was very pleased with his knowledge and capability of handling all information and the process efficiently. He expresses excellent communication and response. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work, is very polite and trustworthy. My family members included in this estate were also very pleased with his service. I was so impressed I chose to go through his firm again for a different estate matter, one that had proven difficulty prior to Mr.Johnson's presence in the case. Although we were unable to close this estate (not from any fault of Johnson, Murrell and Associates, but of the prior entity involved) He was very diligent and informative on all matters surrounding this estate. Again, Mr. Johnson put in all effort and efficiency as before, I am very grateful for his knowledge and honest service! Every person I have encountered at this firm has been very respectful, is attentive and cares to value your business. I also have to sing my praises to Amy, the front receptionist for handling my many questions and communications with care and concern! As part of the probate process upon the death of my mother, I wanted to transfer a timeshare located in Sevierville. The timeshare people do not make this easy. Shareen and the fine folks at Johnson, Murrell, and Associates successfully helped me navigate every obstacle that was put in my way. Thank you!

On behalf of my wife's extended family, and acting as the administrator for the estate of a dearly departed, I solicited the services of Johnson, Murrell & Associates. I think I tossed quite a few monkey wrenches and oddball requirements at them; but everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and diligence. They communicated along the way, and happily replied to ALL of my "dumb" questions. I never had to question their expertise - it was delivered.

They added Jordan Whaley who was at first very helpful with my case that was continued from when he was independent. After going to court again for this same case, I supposedly agreed to a judgemental decision after I left at 10am that morning of court. The defendant in this case notified me today that Jordan had fired me for not signing this agreement. I don't know about the other lawyers in this building, but I would stay away from Jordan.

Alex took care of my mother's estate. He made a hard situation easier for us. Alex is very personable and easy to talk with. We highly recommend Alex and his staff. Amy is wonderful. She is an amazing asset to the firm. Thank you Alex, Amy and everyone else for being there for us.
