Please, Please be careful with this attorney. He acts like he's there to help you but he's not. He will try and get you to make bad deal that's being offered by the prosecutor. I'm in the process of reporting him to the TN Law Board. If you don't want to get the worst deal possible or end up going to jail find another lawyer.
