I live in Virginia. After being in an automobile accident in Nashville I sought legal counsel in my home state. I wasn't aware that a Virginia lawyer might not be able to practice law in Tennessee. After speaking with a lawyer friend of a friend he informed me that he couldn't practice in Tennessee but could refer me to John Day who he had worked with on a previous case. I spoke with John and felt good about our conversation and the fact that I was referred to him by a fellow lawyer who had no expectation concerning financial gain. I highly recommend The Law Offices of John Day. They were able to negotiate with the insurance company and help us after an accident. I tried handling it on my own at first and was getting nowhere. Our dog was injured in the accident, and the insurance company only wanted to offer his replacement value instead of paying his vet bills. Caroline and Amy were able to navigate the months of negotiations between us and the insurance company until the issue was finally resolved. We would have been out thousands of dollars without their help. I truly appreciate all their help!
