I honestly cannot rate their services. My problem with them is they seem to lack a true ambition for justice. I called multiple times and Upkins has a full voice-mail. I texted and chatted with an intake specialist Susan who informed me that I would be contacted through email and it never came about. I do not take the firm serious.
