Steinger, Greene & Feiner

I unfortunately got into an accident, no fault of my own, I was at a stand still stop on the highway and the truck behind me hit the gas so hard he pushed me into another large truck with a trailer hitch. I was hoping my new 1 and a 1/2 month old car would be fixed but I was just informed it has been totaled. I had just gone through the drama of getting a new car and month and a half earlier and state farm was now pushing me to get a new car in 2 days. I am a single mother or 2 kids a 13 and 14 year old and just started a new job. I have massive headaches and I think a pinched nerve. I wake up every night unable to wiggle my fingers or move my arms since the wreck. I was not expecting to have to buy another car so quickly so my score has not improved in a month and a half. So I am stuck between a rock and a hard spot. My ex is unwilling to help unless I do unspeakable things I dont want to do for him to help me by being a cosigner. I have no family or friends here but I own a house and a bass boat. I refuse to be scared off but I dont know what to do next...any advice?
