After my car wreck on August 29th, 2024 where I was rear-ended while sitting still by a driver coming off an exit, I reached out to Ponce Law for representation. The insurance company for the driver who caused the wreck had only offered me $1,200 for a crash that totaled my car and left me injured, and I just knew that wasn't right. I decided to hire an attorney due to the awful offer of compensation. Because of Ponce Law's commercials and advertising, I chose them to represent me for my injuries and damages. From the beginning, my case was handled by attorney Brad Spicer, and he was incredible. I often didn't know what questions to ask, but Brad always filled in the blanks for an easy understanding. He explained everything clearly, and helped me feel at ease throughout my case. His pre-litigation paralegal, Addison, was also very sweet. As my case moved toward resolution, Ty, Brad's litigation paralegal, worked alongside him, and she was very helpful. Overall, everyone I worked with at Ponce Law was kind and genuinely great to work with.
