**EDIT. Please note a lot of their reviews are bots. They took my case back on January 2025. 10 months of very VERY little contact as it is now October 2025. Two occasions they reached out months apart to have me send documents I had sent twice already. It is now October 2025 and after NO contact since June 2025, they are now dropping my case as it doesn't fall under the "parameters" they need to do the case. Even though they already took the case 10 months ago. Mind you, this wouldn't be a big deal but, in the disengagement email they informed me the statues of limitations for my case ends in January 2026 (a year after the actual incident). As you can deduce this leaves me with 2 and a half months to find new representation or my case could just be nullified by the statue. Had they at ALL interacted with me over the months and informed me after all this time they even possibly would drop me, I would have found other representation. Very shady as they basically said in the email " the risk isn't worth the reward." Again, this is an issue because they HAD taken my case already for 10 months up to this point. Absolutely NOT what you want from a law firm. I'm sure there are good lawyers out there. I just haven't experienced them here at Monge & Associates. Find another law firm that actually seems to care to do the work. Save yourself MONTHS of time and go somewhere else.

I dealt with Morgan on the phone and Customer Service was absolutely splendid. If you deal with these guys I highly recommend her. She's extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind and courteous.

Miss Ginny was very Helpful this morning. I was nervous, the sound of her voice assured me of such calmness that I made the right choice in calling. She was very pleasant. She asked me if I had any questions. She didn't rush me. She explained to me what the company stands for and what to expect from them.

Kristhin was extremely informative and very nice. She guided me through the process and made it easy for me to understand. Even the receptionists and staff I have spoke to outside of her are very nice and informative. From the legal team, to the staff, to the receptionists, you all are awesome!!!! Everyone, no matter who you talk to are so sweet, helpful, and informative and they got right on my case. I loved the welcome video because it showed me how much my legal team has my back and how much they're rooting for my success. From the moment I contacted them, I felt welcomed and was assured that I've picked the best to represent me. Thank you Monge & Associates for all you do!! I appreciate you for the consistent dedication, friendliness, diligence, determination, information, and welcoming me in with open "legal" arms lol

I would want to say if anybody wants a lawyer to represent them, I would say call this company. He answered all the questions that we needed even the questions that we should've asked and we did not remember to ask she answered it. We are very satisfied with everything and appreciate Everything Amira went over and beyond expectations of help. I would give a mirror four stars even five she needs a raise.
