I used to work for some Appellate Judges in another state so I knew a lot of attorneys and what they are capable of. Attorney Caldwell was top notch. I would not recommend this firm. They are unwilling to accept responsibility for placing me into a chapter 13 with errors in the original paperwork. When I contacted them about said errors I was ignored, told they were short staffed and they basically lacked concern and responsiveness. Eventually had to take over my own case Pro Se.
