I was referred to Whitney with an urgent / time sensitive issue. Paid a consult fee, met telephonically, and then never heard back. Whitney told me she would review my emailed pleadings and then advise me with her thoughts/advice- (apparently she was not prepared for the meeting which I understood as it was a fact intensive issue) but she must have gotten busy or forgotten about me altogether since I was ghosted afterward.
Added one star to my review because her staff was kind and helpful but I was unimpressed with the value for the money I paid and disappointed at the lack of communication after.
