I was referred to the law office of John Day from a family friend, following a bad car accident, where my car was hit from behind. The accident caused me serious injury, and I was in the hospital for about three months. During that time, the legal professionals at the firm were amazing. Rachel and Vada were responsive and prompt with any issues I had, and they gave great advice during my recovery. A satisfactory agreement and outcome was negotiated by the firm with the insurance company of the responsible party and they did everything to resolve the suit while I was busy recovering. They absolutely went above and beyond and got a great outcome for me. I had a very unusual altering injury due to an automobile accident that was the fault of an uninsured motorist. They took time to research and talk with doctors and were able to get an appropriate settlement form my carrier.
