If zero stars was an option I would pick it because this doesn't even deserve a one star. I don't have any current relations with the law firm. However over the phone Clifton Sobel was very rude and disrespectful. He had no idea what business I had or needed with the firm(I could have been needing legal advice) and he was absolutely unprofessional. As a manager of a company I would be absolutely embarrassed if any of my employees talked to my customers like this. I will NEVER use him for an attorney in the future. On the other end Michelle Poss was able to help me out with what I needed and she was very respectful. If future legal advice or services are needed I would definitely seek her out.
