Today, Heather Knott helped navigate my custody battle in mediation with my attorney Scott Kimberly. She helped me as a mom stay focused and was clear on every step today. My son and I now have more time together and she is the reason for it. She is empathetic and professional and real about what needs to take place for our children and looks at the best interests of the child overall. I can not thank Heather enough for today. Now on to a new normal. If you need help in this area I highly recommend.

Mrs. Knott was just incredibly easy to talk to throughout my meditation process. She is sooo nice, yet very truthful about the whole thing. My experience was using Heather as a mediator. Everyone spoke highly of her, including my lawyers. Unfortunately we seemed to get her on a bad week. My lawyers submitted a mediation statement a week before our scheduled appointment. It quickly became evident by the questions she was asking during the actual mediation that she had not read any of it. Apparently there was some mix up with her staff not giving it to her. All that time my lawyers spent on preparing that statement was for nothing. Our mediation appointment was a complete waste of time and money (a significant amount of money). I am a single mom and every dollar is hard earned so this was devastating. We ended up working things out during a meeting of me and my ex and our two lawyers. I wish we had never tried mediation. I definitely would never use Ms. Knott again.

Ms. Heather Knott is an extrodinary mediator with 25 years experience. She is extremely intelligent and can navigate even the most intense personalities and cases with fairness and consistency. She explains difficult legal concepts with patience and ease. Her understanding and eventual resolution to a very complicated case was admirable.

Ms. Knott is the most intelligent and charming individual I have ever met. She had a way of explaining many complex issues to me in a very simple manner. I felt completely at ease with her. She makes you feel like you're the only person in the world. She is amazing.
