The adjuster in this claim is Chelsea Ausborn. She keeps saying something about they don't have the coverage on the claim. If your company hits another vehicle then to me they are responsible. I have no idea what she's talking about. I've been given the run around on this for two weeks as to whether they are deciding to cover it or not cover it.

I filled out info online and called to speak with someone, I was able to say my name and that I filled out the info online and that was it. They answered the phone like it was a call center and they were in a hurry. I did d no t feel as if I was going to get the best one on one service. I called a smaller group. I fell and fractured my ankle in January of 2025 and as of today June 6th I've already been switched between four different lawyers I have had no progress whatsoever. No one calls nobody updates. I've lost my apartment I've had to move in with someone because I haven't been able to work I've been receiving bills for my surgery which is like $66,000 with no money from them I haven't been able to buy food. They are absolutely awful They do not call they do not care they do not update You will not get any money anytime soon maybe years and years down the road and it won't be very much I'm sure. Save yourself the hassle and go with a smaller firm close to your home!!

Be very careful with this people I called and tried to speak to agent axel. He was very rude, careless and have ZERO EMPATHY. Is a sad situation that you call confused, terrified and hurt but this people that lie and say that they want to help you they so rude and careless about it. PLEAEE DO NOT TAKE ANY CASES WITH THEM. THEY HORRIBLE
