We basically just wanted to learn what her rights would be as a borrower before collections became an immediate threat. He basically rushed us through it and gave us nothing tangible to go on. We had nothing for written reference and after advising us to send everything by certified mail, only for it to bounce back, we are back at square one. Avoid these people.
