I was represent by Mr. Wharton previously and reached out for a consultation again and the ball was completely dropped. My mother initially reached out to them for me in June and they reached out shortly after but I missed the called. I called twice after that leaving voicemails each time with my phone number and no one reached back out. It is October now and I was hoping to try to get a consultation again and the lady that answered the phone was very rude continuously cut me off and made it seem like it was my fault for the lack of contact saying I didn't try to reach out again when I wasn't even trying to place the blame on anyone initially.
