I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to consult with this firm. I reached out regarding a hostile work environment and potential workplace retaliation tied to medical-related probation and a formal grievance. The person I spoke with dismissed everything the moment I mentioned "termination," and said it's not illegal if your coworkers don't like you -- without even hearing the full context.
