Taylor & Associates Law Group

I got pulled over over going 52 in a 45. Cop said I was in a 35 zone clearly lying. Scott didn't fix it, the ticket stood. Easiest case to win and somehow he loses.

Very unprofessional, the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. Nothing but misdirection and excuses. Each time my fiancee or myself called, we were given different lies. 4 months after the accident they were still saying they're waiting on medical records. Even had some employees hanging up on us. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This is the Memphis office. Constantly being told "I'll call you back no later than tomorrow", but NEVER get a call back.

They are great. Kept me up to date on my case even though my accident was a year ago. They assured me about my concerns and how the court system works. Everyone in the office is very professional and great about returning phone calls. They were really there for me.

DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR CLAIM!! It's absolutely no communication what so ever. They never answer their phone. You do better handling your claim yourself and keeping your 33.3%. THE WORST EVER!!

my wife was in an accident....was referred to Taylor & Associates, they are very bad at following up and being professional. It was only when I called their "Memphis Location" number on their page that I found out about Fisher Law Group. I don't know what gimmicks/games are being played but I am hoping that we can get another attorney to speed up this process. Will never ever refer Taylor & Associates or Fisher Law Group...whoever they are.
