Son involved in wreck. He was informed by the police along with myself due to the other parties be transported by ambulance, he will get a ticket. Police officer wrote some words on how he was driving but he was not at the scene of the accident. Both parties got a ticket. Just called told the case worker the story. She asked me did I contact the police station and said yes. Told her what they told me. I got told "I can't speak for a mind of a police officer". Now here's the problem. I didn't ask her to speak or have a mind of police officer. I just asked if know of anything I can do to reverse the statement the officer made. If there is someone in the building who really wants to help me please reach out. I really need some assistance with this. If not I understand.

I was involved in hit in run accident involving a commercial dump truck and I reached out to this law firm and was lied to misrepresented and talk to like a dog by two of the thugs that works there because I tried to explain that I was entitled to more than what I was offered. The are not for the people they are for themselves I strongly recommend that if you have a wreck reach out to another law firm because now that I asked for my disengagement letter but already signed the settlement check they are not returning my calls this place is a joke

Do not fall for the ads on TV or their planted reviews. These people dropped me because (along with several others) because "the huge payout " they thought was going to be open and shut turned out to need work and not so easy. It is definitely going to court and as soon as that reality came into play I was dropped. I was left not knowing how or what to do in the middle of a claim. They threw me to the wolves with thousands in medical bills etc. They are not a " caring" law firm as you are nothing but a number and of your number does not come with a easy settlement they are done with you. They claim to be trial lawyers yet ran as soon as it shifted to that. Do yourself a favor and find a good LOCAL firm to take your case. Don't fall for their clever advertising.
