The experience was nice they help me with every question I had very knowledgeable. The other insurance company didn't want to pay but they made sure I got what I needed. I would not recommend this law firm ever in life. If I could give it a zero star I would, but I would not be able to inform you about my personal experience. I would like to start off by saying that I took the time to read his five star reviews and go over his LinkedIn to see what kind of man he was and his values and see if it was just me.from day, one My experience was very distasteful. I had to struggle and work my own case and try to figure things out that the lawyer was supposed to do for me, but I did not get upset. every time I would talk with someone at this company I would get the runaround, pure rudeness or they would say give us a call back and you would be sitting on hold for an extended Period Time . I have never disrespected any of these people so you must understand my frustration. I just recently got a call from this law firm and it started off very well. They asked me who I was and I verified ,maybe I shouldn't have done that because a man on the other side of the phone started going crazy on me. He started telling me in a very condescending, aggressive and rude manner that I needed to do what he told me to do and the way he wanted me to do it and I told him that he was being rude and that I apologize if I did anything to upset him.(I don't know why I apologized because I didn't do or say anything) and he told me that he didn't care and this is what I get and I also find it very funny that on his five star reviews he's saying that professionalism and respect is very important to him and is something that is valued, but when I told him that professionalism is the best and that he shouldn't be rude. He told me he didn't have to be professional and this is what I get and I asked him his name and he said his name was Eric Mogy, and hung up in my face ,so I'm guessing he is the owner. He feels like he can disrespect everybody because of his position I guess. if you want respect please go to somewhere else. Do not go to this law firm take your business elsewhere. To People who respect you regardless of their frustrations because I did not deserve that I'm never disrespected that man once. If you look at other 1 star reviews they are saying the same thing! that should tell you everything you need to know Also note how he is under almost every one star rating saying you're not a real client or your a fake employee it's absolutely disgusting and he should feel ashamed of his self, and may God bless him with the life that he deserves

Do not hire them to take your case , do not recommend at all! I have been given the run-around for months still no resolution! I was told in August it was in demand and 30 days I would have an offer it's November still no offer! The girls they have calling barely know anything , they do not follow up on the day the say ! I guess they pick and choose who case to take serious and resolve ! Mogy law does not have your best interest if you have other options please don't make the mistake I did and choose mogy law ..DO NOT RECOMMEND.
