Milton McGee is an absolutely amazing attorney and knows what he is doing!!! He actually cares about his clients and he literally stayed by my side at my worst and is still there for me!!! He represented me in Tipton county and kept me out of prison! I would highly recommend him for any criminal defense case!!!!!!! He ain't going to sugar coat shit but he has your back 100000%! Legit I have hired Leslie Ballin on a case and was completely disappointed and Milton blows him out the water!!!!! 10/10!

Definitely wouldn't hire him again ,wrongfully represented my child ,never done anything ,waited till the last minute then basically threw their hands up . Case should've never went the way it did ,we relied heavily on him and he did nothing but let me ,my family and my child down. You would be better off getting a public defender

Mr. Magee, Jr. represented me before the General Session court in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He did a perfect job of handling my case. And the fee for his services was very reasonable. My case was dismissed and Mr. Magee, Jr. immediately filed to have my case expunged. I didn't even think to have my case expunged. But he did. Do not hesitate to contact him. I had a horrible experience being represented by Milton for an aggravated assault case that he most likely wasn't qualified to represent me in. I feel as if he took advantage of my vulnerability and lack of criminal knowledge in the city of Memphis. Not only did he take my money and left me high and dry, but he was very unprofessional & made me feel like he was never on my side. Due to lack of evidence and witnesses by the prosecutors, I asked him to ask for a dismissal & we had a verbal argument (AT COURT) about why I shouldn't dismiss the case. Just for 9 months later, after having a pending felony on my name, the case gets dismissed. I highly recommend finding another lawyer.
