They didn't take my case, despite the fact that I was referred to a specific attorney by another attorney. I did not even get to speak with that attorney, I only spoke with the flunky who answered the phone. When I asked why they wouldn't take my case he said he didn't know. I asked him to find out WHY, and he refused. When I first called, they said they'd get back to me within 3 days. After 2 weeks, I had to reach out to them for a status.
