Attorney Mr. Fiveash helped me through a few issues, I think the world of him as both an attorney as well as a good friend. I recommend him for his expertise, also his staff all of them are very friendly

He's a good lawyer. I recommend him to other people with financial issues. He will help you out with bankruptcy. Chapter 7 & 13 are options that I recommend him for.

Mr. Earnest Fiveash is the best attorney in Memphis. He is a wide, kindhearted individual. He is very straightforward and to the point. Helped me solve a very important issue. I couldn't ask for a better attorney!!

I filed with him in hopes of debt relief also from having my sibling to refer me to his agency. Consultation he was very kind, once hired all communication failed. Every time you call him he is to busy to discuss any issues pertaining to your case. He has a very rude attitude , if you reach him by phone he makes false promises that he will follow up with you and doesn't. He is under staffed which i believe causes him to be stressed and lash out at his clients. This is supposed to be a place of relief but its bringing additional stress. I honestly regret choosing him as my attorney. I don't feel valued at all but used. I still have an creditor billing me that is on my CH13. I have been into his office and spoke with him about this 45 days ago to still receive bill from creditor. Please go else where when choosing an attorney, consider this a fare warning

Earnest Fiveash is the worsttttttttttttttt attorney ever!!!!!. He is very rude and disrespectful. He has a very bad habit of trying to belittling people. He does not see his clients as people. Every time you call him he is to busy or he is being rude. He does not listen to his clients and speaks to them as if they are ignorant. He will go back on the information that he gives you about your case. He tends to not remember what he tells his clients once you have spoken to him, and has the nerve to want to argue with you when he is in the wrong. His professionalism as an attorney is horrible. His work ethics is not of what you would expect from an attorney. If you are seeking an attorney who is going to be professional at all times and work for you (because you are the one paying him). Earnest Fiveash is not the attorney for you. He really needs to be disbarred for his unethical behavior towards people. People go through things and experience the unexpected and have to make decisions that they hate to make, therefore as people you need an attorney who is understanding of that and doesn't see you as just another person who doesn't have it together or a ignorant person that you feel like you can talk to any kind of way and not be put in your place. Earnest Fiveash is VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS UNETHICAL .. UNPROFESSIONAL JACK... OF A MAN !!!!!! I WOULD NEVERRRRRRRRRRR GIVE THIS MAN BUSINESS IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! THAT'S HOW UNPROFESSIONAL HE IS.... A REAL LIVE JERK!!!
