I made a call to this Law Firm so I do not know a lot about them. Mr Fishman called me back and I can tell you he was very polite and very kind. I was upset about the Michael Oher situation who by the way I've lost all respect for him, and asked that Mr Fishman give the family Mr. Oher is defaming, a message. Ballin Ballin are good lawyers. Marvin Ballin had did some work for me years ago and that was the only reason I chose this company. I retained Randy Fishman and he was the worst lawyer I have ever had to deal with. He appeared to not know what he was doing. Several times when I asked him a question he tried to divert my attention and a couple of times he just said" I don't know". He lost my paperwork more than 3 times, luckily I had copies. He acted as if he was hard of hearing. He acted as if he wasn't interested in my case. Six weeks after mediation I had to call his office for my settlement.My suggestion try someone else or another company.He makes the company look bad.
