This firm has been by far the worst I've ever experienced. I filed with them last year in September 4,2024. Treasure Sutton never answers her phone, don't return voicemails, calls nor emails. I've filed a complaint and no one reached out. Every time I call I'm given the runaround. It's a whole year and month later and I've yet to hear anything. I'm so frustrated and disappointed in them.

This company has took to long on my case. They have lied to me several times. dont use this company because you see their billboards. if they call you, use somebody else. called me after my accident, encourages me to go to the doctor, and im pretty sure thats not legal according to NST. they said they would charge me 25% of the settlement and medical would be takin out of that. it was a lie. i have 5000$ in medical bills and they didnt do anything but put me in a massage chair twice a week for 2 months... because of that my pay out is about 200$... dont talk to these liers. we suffered so u dont have to. GOODBYE SHUNNARAH! GTFO! i was held accountable for my deductible because the other party lied in the police report, and i was found partly at fault. They said i would get that back. They said i would have a payout sufficient to get a used vehicle the same mode i had. they arnt doing a damn thing but trying to take as much money as they can. they dont care what happened to you. THEY WILL LIE!!

At first I would have gave them a 5 star review, but since my case has been going on that has definitely turned to a one. Their communication is terrible. I have called multiple times and have also emailed. I turned in some documents and I wanted to confirm they had them. I never received confirmation. Months have gone by and I reached out to get an update and still have not heard anything. By all means I know cases take time, but their lack of professionalism really has me reconsidering if they should be representing me. I am more than likely going to find a firm who takes time to actually take care of the clients needs.

Hands down the worst experience I've had dealing with a law firm. The attorney's doesn't have supervisors so they answer to know one. Plus they allow insurance companies and adjusters to do what they please without any resistance. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this firm

Excellent service everyone that I talked to was well experienced at their job they made my job very easy and pleasant I recommend anybody looking for a good lawyer to work with this company
