When someone has suffered loss it becomes very important that they be heard and that some effort is made toward finding justice. My family and I were recently involved in a car accident and through no fault of our own, our vehicle was totaled. Our insurance did not cover as the other party was unlicensed and uninsured, so we were left with no recourse but to seek out legal assistance. We were awarded a settlement, and walked from the courtroom amazed at how smoothly the morning had gone.
