Best lawyer in Knoxville! He is very liked in the courtroom by the judges and DA I was very impressed with my outcome! If your in need of an attorney Phil is the one you want on your side! Recently we have used Hoai Robinette and he is just as good as Phil. He is so nice and literally one of the best lawyers in town! Hands down my favorite attorney hopefully I won't need an attorney any time soon but if I do my family and I will use him every time!

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think Id be back in a court room facing criminal felony charges but it happened and All I can say is Phil is the best attourney in Knoxville.
