We just discovered, in 2024, we own less property than we thought. McKinnis and Scott did a deed of exchange for our property in 2005. Due to their lack of research, we have paid taxes on property we do not legally own for more than 20 years. We cannot get all of this tax money back nor the $2000 paid for the land exchange or the $1100 paid to have it surveyed. Willie Livesay was realtor and the impetus behind this bogus deed of exchange. Hope both realtor and attorney are retired and no longer a danger to society.

After multiple calls to this agency to try to get in contact with Tim Scott, we finally got a hold of him. He doesn't return calls or emails, except in his time frame, his time is more precious than others apparently. The receptionist isn't friendly, probably because she is tired of people complaining because Tim Scott doesn't return phone calls. I do not recommend this company. The business we had with this attorney, was a no brainer for him, all he had to do was sign papers to sell the condo, and it was money in his pocket....he couldn't even take the time to do that. 2 months later they were signed.

They helped close out a large property I had listed. They were great on our side and also for the buyer side too.

Missed lien on property we purchased and when we went to sell it was a big problem. Old and tired law firm. Find a real title company is my advice.

My spouse and I sold our home and required a lawyer. Couldn't have been happier. Easy to find. Reasonably priced. Thanks so much
