I hired Sam to represent me in October of 2023. He had been suspended in Tennesse at that time. But, he assured me it was being taken care of, he was still active to practice in Virginia where 1 of my 2 cases were. He got right on the case and I felt confident! I had arranged a payment plan with him. I attempted to meet him several times to pay him with no success. I would call and text regularly. His return time was quite disappointing! He would usually respond back to me a few days before court. After the 1st court appearance, I felt so ill prepared for court and continued to until the last hearing where he sent me a text "explaining his absence" and the non existence of communication. He had been suspended for a year in Virginia. Now, regarding my case in Temnessee, he did absolutely nothing! He met with me and made promising progress in the paperwork. However, it was never filed. He had arranged a court date prior to prepping the paperwork and canceled it because he said that my ex was willing to meet him to sign. I had waited 6 months for this filing. It never happened. He accomplished nothing in that case and ultimately nothing in my case in Virginia either! I do not recommend retaining him for anything and doing a simple Google search to find the reasons he's been suspended in both Tennessee and Virginia!

We met with Mr. White who had agreed to take our case. He seemed very enthusiastic and willing to help. He told us to give him a couple of weeks to get his notes together and he would call. I gave him three weeks and called him. He said he was running behind and needed a couple more weeks. He never called. I left several more messages over the course of 5 months and he never returned a single call. He wasted over 7 months of our time limit on our case which is time sensitive. Do not recommend this attorney to anyone.

Hired him for a time sensitive matter. He was paid, I've had to keep him apprised of what was going on in my case. He was suppose to file an appeal in my matter, he told me he had done so and would send me a copy of it. Still haven't received it going 9 months later...... I took it upon myself and contacted the first level appeals and was informed they never received it therefore, the time is up for filing my appeal. I have tried calling, left text messages and voicemails that go unanswered. When I was lucky to catch him on the phone 2 months ago, I got the run around and was promised a follow up in which he has not done so. I will be filing a bar complaint. Would not recommend his services.

At first i thought he was going to be a good lawyer and get my TPR overturned. He said he sent my notice of Appeal in a week before it was due, the day after it was due they still hadn't received it. Resulting in Getting my Appeal denied. He said he submitted a notice of Appeal to the US Supreme Court April of last year and I have yet to hear about the status of my appeal. I can't get him to return my messages.

I hired Mr. White almost a year ago. He seemed to be enthusiastic about helping my husband and stated that it may take time but he will get a resolution for him. A year later we still have no resolution and he will not return phone calls. My husband sent him a letter to which we have never gotten a response. In the year since we hired him, he updated me maybe 3 times and each time was I am still working on things. This has been a nightmare with a time sensitive issue and he has wasted our time and money.
