Mr Darnell took my case,I went to sign the paperwork, and since then I have made 14 calls, to his 3 phone calls to me! I had missed 2 calls from him while I was working, called the next day on both calls, I've left messages with the secretary, the office manager, her voicemail, and left himvoicemais,receiveda new summons calledwith no returncall, and he quit sayingcommunicationwas an issue!!with acourt date approaching! No emails, nothing and I have the phone records! Who does this?!? Contacted the TN Board of Professional Responsibility!! This guy is a definite NO!!!

Great people. David and Cathy did me right. After being very disappointed and lied to by another law firm and firing them, David agrees to take my case on short notice and instructions for what I needed to do to get ready for the hearing. I don't think I would have had to wait for nearly as long to receive my disability benefits if I would have had David from the beginning. Can't ask for nicer people or a better outcome
