Do not engage Snider & Horner for estate planning. Brent Rose was unable to demonstrate proficiency outlining a trust strategy. It all seemed vague on his part, yet he was going to send me an estimate of deliverables within "a couple of days". It has been two months, and I still have not heard from him. How hard can it be to setup a trust? Apparently, it's very hard for Brent Rose. A $300 consultation fee down the drain. The firm should give me a refund.

This practice may be good at what they do, but they don't know the first thing about customer service. Refused to talk to determine if they could even help with my type of case unless I paid a non-refundable $400 fee. A $400 fee if the case is taken is ok. But if told after a brief talk that they won't be able to help and expect anyone to be ok to pay $400 for that is very poor customer service.

I was very disappointed with the outcome and felt Mr. Snider didn't present my case to the Judge accurately and was presented without conviction. In my opinion he appeared ill prepared in court and in the end he couldn't even recover his legal fees on my behalf resulting in my having to pay his firm roughly $3200. I'll never use his firm again.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Brent Rose on a probate case. Communication and guidance from Brent Rose was virtually nonexistent and was a real hinderance in my ability to handle the affairs of the estate. I then contacted Kevin Snider to express my concerns about the level of service Brent Rose was providing for our case. Kevin Snider explained to me that my complaint was with Brent Rose and that Kevin Snider would not get involved. You would think a partner in a law firm would be interested in the quality of service an attorney in the firm was providing. Apparently that is not the case at Snider & Horner.

I see that my last review was removed and people should know not to go to this firm under any circumstance. This lawyer Mr. Snider is nice but that's the only good thing I have to say. He only communicated via mail and was never in office to take my calls. His staff gave me false information on key points in my case and as a result it was dismissed. Waste of time and money!
