David and his entire firm are people of integrity. They do what they say they're going to do. I'm so impressed with their level of communication and how they clearly explain what the plan was for my case, and what each member of the team (including me) needed to do to get the best possible outcome. And then the followed through. They let their clients know when things are going well and when they're taking longer than expected. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

If 0 stars were an option I would have chosen that! This attorney is a joke! Unless you are half dead from an injury, and they know they will make a lot of money on your case, they are useless! While my granddaughter was still underage, we hired this attorney to handle her injury case. She was driving her car on i65n and was exiting onto Hwy 76 in White House. She was in the right hand turning lane at the stop light. while waiting for the light to change, a Lewis bread truck pulled up next to her in the left lanes to turn right. When they both turned, the trailer of the truck came over into her lane hooking onto the front of her vehicle, pulling her vehicle under the truck. When the truck driver realized what was happening and stopped, her driver's door was next to the edge of the trailer. I wish I could post pictures on here. Her car was totaled and she has been without a vehicle for 2 years and 9 months. She was not physically hurt but has suffered extreme trauma from the incident. Mr Grimmett took the case in March of 2022. She just received her settlement this month. He settled with the company for $21,000. He took 11,000 and she got 10,000. She turned 18 in Jan of 2023 so she officially was an adult and it was out of my hands at that point. Months went by without hearing from Grimmett. She tried to call several times, but was just given the run around. I emailed him several times pleading with him to work on her case. She now has proof that what we suspected was right. He had to show actual hours worked on the final document and the total cost was $800! Which was probably less that 2 hours! Mr Grimmett the Bible says you will reap what you sow
