Chip is our go-to attorney to prepared Domestic Relations Orders to divide retirement assets in a divorce. He is professional, responsive and his fees are reasonable--but well worth his work!

My ex was manipulated and didn't realize Chip screwed her over! I offered her to pay back everything she had put into the property 34k and take over payments. Chip said that wasn't a good deal. So after making 2 years of payments another 25k on her part. Chip then decided that me taking over payments and only giving her 10k was a good deal for her. Lol This man advised my ex to lose 60k more than if she would not have used this attorney and just listened to me. He advised it was okay to do a lease purchase with solely me but we changed that to add my wife. Now 2 months later she wants off lease he advised her against. His advised only creates problems to earn him more money. Do not hire this attorney if you like fast solutions! He will drag it out with lies and bs. This man tried to argue with me that text won't hold up in court. What a joke of an attorney!

Chip was phenominal in helping me in a very long and drawn-out property battle. 10/10 would recommend. I am a fellow landlord and couldn't have handled litigation without him.
