What a joke for a lawyer! It's almost 3 years later now since I have hired him and he has yet to close my fathers non contested estate. He will not return phone calls. He will tell you things that aren't true and He will pretty much gas light you until you finally figure out what hes doing and then he wonders why you're mad. But I guess the worst part of it all is after all of these years he doesn't even tell me that he has quit his law firm and working another job and so therefore I have no idea that my case is not even being worked on. I really want to warn anyone looking for a good lawyer whether it be for a DUI or anything else to steer clear of this gentleman, if that's what you wanna call him, because he does not do his job. He is not a loyal attorney. He will not go up to bat for you and he will take your money and do absolutely nothing., All I gotta say about Leonard Belmar is what a shame. I think mental illness played a large part in him being unable to do his duties.
