Very disappointing experience and would not recommend. My wife and I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago. When we arrived at the office no one was at the front desk while we could hear kids playing in the back. We waited patiently until someone finally came to front desk. She asked if she could help us and we said we were here for our 4:00pm appointment. She responded she would let her know and then walked off. After sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes more, Donna came out and we went back to her office. I guess a bomb had gone off in her office because it was a disaster. She sits behind her desk and said "I understand your here about your estate planning, that's all the information I have on you". We had received some paper work to fill out prior to our appointment in which we filled out and sent back. However it had not been passed along to her. To say the least this disastrous romper room with zero customer service along with the inability to make sure she had the updated information provide prior to the customers arrival told me everything I needed to know about who I wanted handling my estate affairs. So we left!

My husband made an appointment with Ms. Donna Simpson. We were greeted by a very pleasant young lady. When Ms. Donna Simpson came out to greet us she put us at ease right away. She was so pleasant & very helpful. So glad my husband found her.
