The Collierville Law Firm

Every one has the opportunity to rate their experience based off events which took place during their interactions with The Collierville Law Firm. My experience was disappointing and a waste of my finances and time. The paralegal was always confused, in a hurry, and / or disorganized. On several occasions, I was asked to resubmit previously submitted documents or resign a new drafted copy of a previously signed documents only for her to state, " I have to have these for your file". Multitasking seemed to be an issue for her. It was disappointing that the attorney only familiarized himself with my case during my office visits, seemed to not care whatsoever. As far as billings, payments were required on time and I was billed for hours allocated to a task as apposed to actual hours used for a task. Mr Hagan was 30 minutes late to a mitigation due to his issues but yet attempted to charge me the full hours for the mitigation. It's sad that I had to manage this firm for fair treatment. As stated earlier, this was my experience with this firm. Yours could be different. I do not recommend this.

Mr Hagan and his staff have been so supportive during my challenging separation and soon divorce. Both Mr Hagan and Brenshevia have been understanding, trustworthy, and compassionate towards me and my two girls. I believe they have worked diligently and have been committed to my case. I thank the Lord that He led me to this firm and recommend this firm to people going through the challenges of divorce.

In my business career, I have had several instances where the expertise of attorneys was needed. They were all business all the time. For the first time in my personal life I found myself in need of an attorney to help me through an extremely difficult period in my life. I had heard horror stories from acquaintances concerning attorneys they had used or their friends had used in divorce cases. Some took advantage of the situation by drawing the process out over several months or even years with little or no concern for the emotional stress that the individual was going through. I am very happy to say that this is not the case with Bill Hagan. Bill has shown compassion and realizes that money is a concern during these times. He does his best to keep the charges as low as possible. He also consults with his clients prior to committing them to spending more than they need to. Bill has a style that demonstrates his care for his clients. He seems more like a friend helping you through a difficult time. I would recommend Bill Hagan and The Collierville Law Firm when you need legal advice.

GETS THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! 5.0 stars Posted by Bob February 24, 2022 I cannot praise Mr. Hagan and Ms. Baker enough for solving a real family crisis! Bill Hagan is single-handedly RUINING Lawyers' bad reputation! He and Ms. Baker got us through a difficult Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption Case professionally and empathetically. They knew what needed to be done from the very beginning and followed through with NO SURPRISES! I was very impressed with the way they coordinated everything though the Court so both Appearances went quickly and exactly as planned. We felt that the charges for their service were VERY reasonable and far less than what we had originally estimated. Mr. Hagan and Ms. Baker are a JOY to work with and EARNED our complete trust and confidence!

Wonderful attorney! Mr Hagan took exceptional care of me, as well as his paralegal. Brenshevia Baker I was in good hands the entire time. He is a fighter, but he also seems to get along with his colleagues. I'm was so thankful he was in my corner!
