Divorce is such a stressful time in anyone's life. I can't even begin to quantify the ways in which Mr. Potter's legal aid has made me and three of my kids life easier. I am always pleased when Mr. Potter is representing me in any legal matter. I had a wonderful experience with him and his staff during those difficult times. Jim Potter and his assistant Kristina were great. They took time to explain every step of the process. They responded to all emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. I was surprised at Mr. Potter's willingness to support me emotionally during the tough process. I will recommend him and his services whenever I get the chance. Can't go wrong with Jim.

They don't respond whatsoever. They also completely messed up my divorce. They falsely put in an incorrect income so I'd get less child support. I wasn't even earning income so it should have been zero put down for me. They completely put a different name in my divorce decree. And won't answer on their mess up for the child support since I can't even get in touch with the father for years. Don't go here if you're trying to get a divorce. They charged him over $5000 not that I care but for the work they did it was awful. They made so many errors in the divorce it's a complete joke! And I'm stuck trying to fix the issues since a child was involved. A woman raising the child 100% of the time every year should be getting more than $200 in child support. Especially when I know he makes thousands a month. I would be getting more for my child if this law firm didn't make so many errors.

I had an amazing experience with Mr Potter and his team. Kristina is the sweetest. From start to finish they have made a difficult experience so much easier. Sometimes the lines are blurred between what is just and what is fair but all in all I'm satisfied with the results of my case. I would recommend Mr Potter to anyone that wants an honest, practical lawyer that will fight for them until the end.

A little older in person than what he looks like in his pictures which means that he's a little more seasoned :) For real he knows what he is doing. God sent. He was compassionate, thorough, diligent, and sharp in the short 7 days we had to prepare and I got exactly what i deserved by his efforts. Well rounded man, I felt so secure and safe in his presence. Walking down the street (his office to court room) he was said hi to by everyone and everyone loves him. THANK YOU JAMES POTTER!
