The Law Office of Steven C. Girsky

If you're looking for a law office that will represent you and actually help you, do not use this place. Expected to have Attorney Girsky at the start, which did not happen and got stuck with Attorney Biggs. Attorney Biggs will not represent you and will actually make you represent yourself. I had to look at him at one point for a case in point down at a stack of evidence against the other party and tell him to use it. He did not, I had to voice to the judge myself the evidence for her to look at. He acts high and mighty, will laugh in your face and be sarcastic about everything. Never get any information about things correct, even after correcting him numerous times. Had a meeting to discuss things in person and he was slamming his phone and cup on the table and being ridiculous with his anger. He will never respond in a timely manner. My support system who came with me even voiced how horrible he was and suggested looking elsewhere which wasn't feasible with their charges. Definitely don't recommend their place at all and suggest steering far. Spoke to another lawyer at one point, and he is terrible to women and will speak down to them by all means.

Very poor communication skills. Doesn't respond to other attorneys regarding locking in court dates. Very unwilling to resolve custody issues. Same custody issue has been ongoing for almost 2 years at this point because of the lack of communication and willingness to cooperate from Steve and his office.
