Brian and his team have been amazing to work with. Tara went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had the best experience we could in this difficult time. We hope no one ever has to file bankruptcy but if you do. You need people like them to help you get through it.

I used Brian for 2 different situations a divorce and bankruptcy he was great I was upset to hear that he passed away I have referred many people to his law firm to keep his name alive and going and it breaks my heart to hear how shady they do their clients they said they would pay and when it came closer time to have the work done they would call and cancel their contract but not be willing to give them a refund so it leaves them with having to find new lawyers and still coming out of pocket all over again .. unfortunately it not just one or two that have told me this so for that reason I don't recommend Reading the reviews let's me know they are dishonest how are the reviews saying Brian was great and he done great work when he passed away a few years ago so how is he on your case the last few months ?? Lies

I was apprehensive when I started searching for an attorney. After reading many reviews I decided to contact Attorney Brian Hill in Clarksville, Tn. After just a few moments of talking to him I knew that he was the attorney I needed. I filed bankruptcy with Mr Hill, still a little apprehensive about the whole process. I received a call from Tara as well as email communication telling me what I needed to do to get started. After that everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent and I was amazed how easily everything progressed. Before I knew it it was over and done with. I could not have asked for better representation. I highly recommend Mr Hill for any of your legal situations. My sincerest thank you to Mr Hill and his staff.

This was my first time filling for Bankruptcy, so I didn't know what to expect, but they took good care of me through the entire process. I called Attorney Mr. Brian Hill office, his Assistant was very professional and answered all my questions. When she said he would be calling me back that yo talk with me, I was surprised and he did. He made sure I understood about the different bankruptcy and the cost , I was able to make payments, which was helpful to me. Oncehe filed in October 2024, it only took four months, my discharge was in January 2025. If I had questions or needed advice, I could always reach his assistant or Attorney Mr. Hill.
