Beware of Michele at all cost!!! I rarely write reviews but after seeing what she put my dear friend & her young children through I would never EVER want someone like her representing me or my family. She was overpriced, had a total lack of empathy, was unprofessional, careless, lazy & disrespectful.... best interest of the children also does not apply to her. She will turn a blind eye. Protect yourself at all costs and do not waste your energy, time, money or precious emotions on her or this firm. You can and will find better.

Absolutely awful place to get anything done. I wasted 3 months waiting on them to get the DRAFT of my postnuptial agreement ready for me. Eventually I got tired of waiting on them and got my retainer refunded.

Outrageous price, way over TN average for services she claims to offer. She never called my list of references. She did not complete her duties, charges us 14K for non rendered services, and never actually stopped to consider the kids best interest. She's only concerned about chasing the $

She never calls. 1 full year and I spoke with her 2 times. Her assistant said she had "other" cases. I guess the little people didn't count. We felt disrespected. I will never use them again. My mom is definitely rolling over in her grave with anger!! Funny how the calls started coming when payment was due. Lol.
