I was so happy to have met Mr.Walwyn because I thought he genuinely cared. He told me we definitely have grounds for a lawsuit and signed me on as a client . I was so relieved because it had been a nightmare trying to get my Mom the justice she deserved. A month or so goes by after I met with Marc and I get an e-mail saying he can't represent me because his medical expert, that's only a primary care physician, said nothing wrong was done to her. I was blown away!! I didn't get a phone call or anything.. just an e-mail. The medical expert isn't a surgeon that specializes in cardiac. A primary care doctor doesn't have that type of knowledge..I spoke with this awful man and he blamed my Mom for her death..I had to explain she had went downhill for almost a year because her heart valve had stopped working and the FDA recalled it a year prior. So her health declined fast because of the negligence of her heart doctor failing to tell her. And the "expert" blamed her..it made me sick. He also basically called me a liar about the heart valve when you can clearly see Abbott Trifecta heart valves were re-called in 2023. As nice as Marc was and I thought an answer to my prayers it took his "expert" and I say that lightly..for Mr.Walwyn to drop me aa a client in an email I didn't even see for over a week. Please don't tell someone you're going to help them and only have ONE opinion from a primary doctor that doesn't have the credentials or knowledge for cardiac or any speciality for that matter.
