I was referred to Reed Martz by the Gun Owners of America after my son was unfairly punished at school for using a "finger gun" while playing. Mr Martz was absolutely amazing. Freeland Martz, PLLC did an excellent job handling the amendment and restatement of a complex trust in accordance with my estate planning requirements. My wife and I highly recommend using Freeland Martz if you are looking for a proficient legal representative with consistently prompt response times, fair invoicing practices, is transparent / has great communication skills, and whom has the legal technical know-how to get the job done. My wife and I spent numerous days and hours trying to obtain legal representation to aid us in recouping monetary losses due to mismanagement of one of our rental units by our property management company. After speaking with numerous law office receptionists, I came to expect that I would not be talking to a lawyer about my issue in detail nor discussing potential representation for at least a week. I settled in to wait for return calls from lawyers, only to be surprised with a call from Reed of Freeland Martz the very same afternoon which made the calls received from the other law firms 5 or more business days later appear rather lackluster. I came to realize that timely responses to any of my questions and/or requests for teleconferences from Reed was the norm and was not just an upfront show to solicit my business. After formally obtaining Reed as my legal representative, I provided roughly 50 pages of detailed event logs, conversation, issues, contracts, property management agreements, leases, etc. that I had already compiled in order to get him up to speed for our first on the clock meeting. During the first meeting Reed proved to had gained a perfect understanding of our (multiple) issues just from reviewing the documentation we provided, asked questions that illuminated other contract requirements that were not fulfilled by the PM company, and proved that his familiarity with the various contract agreements we had provided for review by being able to address our specific questions on said contracts, and going further to point out sections that the opposing party may try and use against us during the dispute. Being that we provided so much documentation for review up front, I expected that we would receive a quite hefty first invoice, to which to my surprise was less than projected. This was another consistent practice by Reed, as going forward the hours logged on each and every monthly invoice were found to be more than fair, were not inflated in any way, and were consistently lower than my personal projections for hours I thought were spent supporting our case. That being said, in no way were these fair billing practices indicative of the "you get what you pay for" philosophy, as Reed consistently had new ideas to keep the opposing party off balance. *In summary, we highly recommend Freeland Martz as Reed Martz was pleasant to work with, consistently exceeded our expectations in regards to billing and response times, and we felt that Reed truly wanted justice for and valued the best interests of his clients. While we hope it isn't necessary, Reed at Freeland Martz will be our first call should any issues arise where we require legal expertise and/or representation.

Mr. Martz is extremely professional and knowledgable. His capabilities as a tremendous attorney can be recognized with a single conversation. Anyone who has him represent them is blessed.
